Key result areas are - Identifying and capturing business opportunities, profitable growth.

Maintaining and developing client relationships.

Ensuring financial and non-financial targets are met.

Ensuring projects are managed to exceed client expectations and profit targets.

Day to day management of staff with a variety of skills and experience.

Development of staff to ensure business needs are met and individual aspirations met wherever possible.

Ensuring technology used by the team is continually improved to maintain the Company's competitive advantage.

Pro-active marketing the services of the Company.
