Ref no. IRC6813. As Commissioning Engineer, the successful candidate will represent Client/Sponsor to ensure necessary site projects are commissioned safely, following agreed procedures and meet specification. They will also support as required, with nuclear commissioning problems.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure commissioning proceeds according to required standards.

Ensure commissioning is properly organised and proceeds in a structured safe manner.

Ensure commissioning plans and procedures are issued, reviewed and approved.
Ensure a commissioning programme is produced which follows a logical sequence of events.

Ensure the commissioning follows the agreed procedures.

Ensure the commissioning organisation set up is sufficient to carry out the testing.

Ensure the commissiong procedures are adequate for testing and meet the format or similar, as given on the Project Delivery Process Map.

Ensure the procedures test all the equipment to the agreed peformance in the Volume C of the Project Specification.

Ensure any reservations are raised and cleared if possible or concessions to performance area agreed and documented.

Ensure operator training is carried out, operating instructions and maintenance instructions are written.
